Presenteation Guide of the conference

Presentation Format

You can present your paper/project in two modalities: in person (either oral or poster presentation) or virtually from un-attending authors.

Attending in person,

i. Oral presentation

Each presentation will take 15 minutes and will be presented in a parallel thematic session. You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation about 3 to 5 weeks before the events. If your personal circumstances restrict you from presenting your paper on a specific date, please send us an email with your request as soon as possible.

ii. Posta presentation

Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session. The poster session will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusion of their papers.

Non-attending, virtual presentation

If you wish your paper to be published in the Conference proceedings, but you are not able to attend the conference in person, you can register for a virtual presentation. Registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the conference proceedings, a participation and author certificate, and an invoice of the registration fees via email. Submission guidelines for oral, poster, and virtual modalities using Microsoft team/Zoom meeting/Voov meeting

A maximum of 250-word abstract and a maximum of 5 keywords should be submitted as an email attachment to by October 1, 2021. In your email, please include your name, affiliation, corresponding email address, phone number, the title of the paper, abstract, keywords, and brief biodata.
